I would like to make a return, what are the steps?

You can exchange or return your items within 14 days to your
costs. Once this period has expired, the Modesty Mastour team will not be able to
unfortunately no longer take charge of your refund request or
exchange. Also, to be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused and in the same condition you received it without perfume.

What are the delivery times ?

We ship your orders within 24/48 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver all over the world.

How do I track my package?

Click on the “TRACK MY ORDER” tab and enter your order number and the email address you provided when ordering. You will see if the order status is in “processed” or “unprocessed” mode.

I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?

Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to change your address. However, if you notice this just after your order, you can contact us at contact@modestymastour.com We will do our best to make this change but it will depend on the stage of processing of your order. We cannot provide you with any guarantee. We will under no circumstances be able to refund you or resend you a new order if you have entered the wrong address.

I have not received the order confirmation

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your various email boxes, spam. An automatic confirmation email is sent for each order.

My package is marked delivered, but I have not received anything

Once your order is sent by us, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Unfortunately it may happen that your package is stolen or lost. We are truly sorry for this problem beyond our control.

If a product is out of stock, you can enter your email address and telephone number in the space provided on the item sheet, in order to be informed when it is back!
